Acting on behalf of the Daily Mail Pension Fund, Phillips Sutton have advised on the freehold disposal of a 16,500 sq ft industrial warehouse unit on Brick Knoll Park, St Albans.
The unit was purchased by the St Albans Vineyard Church for £1.3 million.

Brodie joined Phillips Sutton in 2015 having worked in the residential agency and management sector for 7 years.
He specialises in office and industrial agency, with a focus on landlord lettings of multi let space. Notable transactions include Peat House Leicester, and Colton Square Leicester. Key clients include REI, CCLA, IPIF and Eskmuir. Brodie hails from New Zealand and is a keen Rugby fan.
