Phillips Sutton were instructed to market the former Frankie and Benny’s on Wall Island in Lichfield after it became vacant. Following consultation with Phillips Sutton, the property was refurbished to a shell finish with new shop fronts installed. From our initial instruction to the units being fully let took nine months. The deals achieved from this have been outlined below.
Unit 1 – 2,066 sq. ft retail unit let to growing chicken franchise, Winger’s.
Unit 2 – 891 sq. ft retail unit let to tanning bed operators, Lichfield Tanning Co.
Unit 3 – 847 sq. ft retail unit let to global sandwich franchise, Subway.
