Phillips Sutton alongside joint agents FHP, have been appointed by AC Lloyd and Henry Davidson Developments to market a 50,000 sq ft trade park and up to 140,000 of industrial units ranging in size from 10,000 sq ft upwards.
The trade scheme has already seen pre lets to Howdens, Screwfix and Toolstation with further lettings in the pipeline.
